The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements and processes. Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and solutions. Create detailed functional specifications and use cases. Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. Support project management in planning and execution of projects. Develop and maintain project documentation and reports. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field. 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Experience with business process modeling and documentation techniques. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
