Our multidisciplinary team—comprising solution architects, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and designers—collaborates with domain experts to deliver cutting-edge R&D solutions tailored to your business Experience- 5- 9 YearsLocation- ChennaiResponsibilities- Client Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze client-specific requirements and map them to the product features.- Customization & Configuration: Work with product and technical teams to configure and customize the product to meet client needs.- Implementation Planning: Develop and manage implementation timelines, ensuring alignment with client and internal stakeholders.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including use cases, requirement specifications, and process flows.- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.- Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client teams. Provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.- Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the product meets client expectations.- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the go-live phase and handle any issues or changes required post-implementation." Qualifications"- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s product and its features.- Technical Skills: Familiarity with product configuration, basic scripting, and database management (SQL).- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in adapting the product to meet specific client needs.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.- Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and risks.- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry in which the product is used, which helps in aligning the product features with industry-specific needs.- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project."
