The role involves conducting in-depth analysis, documenting workflows, performing user acceptance testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement. Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct meetings, presentations, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Perform user acceptance testing and support implementation of new systems. Manage projects, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solutions. Advanced technical and documentation expertise. Experience in reporting and delivering presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities. Proven track record of meeting commitments.
