We are hiring for Sr. Business Analyst Exp. Level: At least 7 years Location: NKP, Mumbai Package: Open Direct Responsibilities:  Interactions with SPOC’s (User representative)  Drive Project goals and communication with the SPOC and users  Understand the user requirements and interpret the same with the technical team for implementation  Documentation and process definition related to day to day work  Generate various status reports, gap analysis documentation and dashboards for monitoring and tracking. Technical & Behavioral Competencies 1. Excel Knowledge along with VBA and macros 2. Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts and should be able to write SQL queries. 3. Good Written and Oral communication skills 4. Knowledge of IT Asset Management Process 5. Ability to create the business analysis documents. 6. Able to work independently using MS Office suite.
