In this role, you'll engage with prospective learners, understand their goals, and consultatively pitch career-transforming tech programs. Must-Have Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory) 1–6 years total experience in sales/business development Exceptional English spoken and written communication skills Strong sales mindset: consultative selling, objection handling & closing Comfortable with performance-driven culture & monthly targets Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound leads and follow up with prospective learners Understand customer needs and offer the right course solutions Achieve monthly enrollment targets Maintain proper CRM updates and pipeline tracking Build strong rapport with leads for long-term success Good-to-Have (Bonus) Experience in selling high-ticket EdTech products (₹50,000 and above) Exposure to K-12 or working professional sales Knowledge of LMS, CRM, or other sales tools Why Join Us?
