Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive Location: Wakad (Pune) Experience: 1-3 years in Real Estate (preferred) Salary Structure: Fixed Pay+ Performance-Based Incentives (We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of a fixed monthly salary and attractive performance-based incentives. Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives in Pune. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our real estate business and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities: Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company. Evaluate a client's needs to help them buy properties and achieve sales. Cold call, message customers to arrange site visits. Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the property and services. Negotiate and close deals at best market value and assist clients in completing their purchase, including documentation and paperwork. Follow up and continuous engagement with the customer till the deal gets close. Handle customer queries and complaints within the required time. Support sales team to maximize team potential. Regularly conduct market research to identify new projects, properties and builders. Be aware of real estate rules, regulations and other processes. Develop relationships with clients, builders to increase performance. Reporting on a Daily/Weekly Basis.
