Job description Job Title: Business Development Executive - 3D Printer Sales Location: Chennai, India. Work Experience: 3-5 years Joining: Immediate Industry: 3D Printing Additive Manufacturing CAD/CAM/CAE Design and Engineering Automotive Aerospace & Defense Healthcare Devices Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends within the 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing industry. Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and onboard new clients, building strong relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and business growth objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals. Product Promotion: Advocate for the company's 3D Printing solutions, highlighting unique features and benefits to prospective clients through presentations, demonstrations, and trade shows. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the industry to enhance the company's market presence. Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights. Generate regular reports to evaluate performance and inform decision-making. Required Qualifications and Experiences: Diploma or B.E in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience in Rapid Prototyping / 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing industry is a definite advantage. Show more Show less
