Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales activities. QualificationsBusiness Planning & Strategy: Develop business plans to identify opportunities and align with growth objectives.Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales process—from requirement gathering, product demo, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, project initiation, and payment follow-ups.Client Management & Growth: Expand the client base and manage relationships to ensure satisfaction, timely collections, and zero outstanding payments.Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels. Research and target potential clients that align with our industry focus. Follow-Up: Engage with leads to assess their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged. Closure: Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing deals. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Experience: 8 to 10 years in sales.Education: MBA from one of the reputed colleges
