Job Title : Senior Business Development Manager - North America Education : Any graduation, MBA will be a plus Experience : 8-15 years Shift timings : 5:30pm 2:30 am IST Location : Bangalore Mandatory Skills: Excellent communication skills, Experience in selling IT services towards US Market Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth with a strong hunter mentality, demonstrating a proven track record in selling technology outsourcing services. Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for North America, achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Head. Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and meet sales management objectives. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms, driving referrals and business expansion. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including client communication, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, contract negotiations, and deal closures. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales activities with prospects and clients. Collaborate closely with NOUS presales and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with clients business and technology needs. Provide initial support to customers and ensure long-term satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle. Conduct market research and competitive analysis in collaboration with presales, marketing, and delivery teams. Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to establish credibility and trust with potential clients. Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT services sales within the region, preferably at a leading IT services and products firm. Proven experience working with offshore teams and understanding of customer decision-making criteria for outsourcing, consulting, and enterprise solutions. Consistent track record of exceeding client acquisition and revenue targets. Ability to manage complex sales cycles, typically spanning six months to a year. Experience negotiating with senior business and technology executives, Strong sales management focus and ability to drive strategic conversations with stakeholders. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Adherence to all NOUS Sales, HR, and corporate ethical policies and standards.
