The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector through comprehensive market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, and actively pursue them to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, assess competition, and uncover potential business growth opportunities. Present and promote our managed workspace solutions effectively to potential clients, ensuring clarity on the value proposition. Negotiate lease agreements and secure suitable spaces for clients by interacting with landlords, building managers, and property owners. Visit sites to assess suitability, conduct space inventory, and gather client needs information. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and industry partners. Understand client needs and provide customized workspace solutions to meet specific business objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate sector. • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. • Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally outside the city as needed.
