Position Title: Senior Counsellor Doctors Pathway Program Location: Bangalore Industry: EdTech / International Education / Medical Education Working days - 6days (Tue to Sun) Week off- Monday Role Overview We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Senior Counsellors to join our advisory team for the Doctors Pathway Program. This role involves guiding prospective students and their families through the program offerings, admissions process, and long-term benefits of pursuing a medical career in the United States. Candidates with prior experience in the NEET counselling space or who have worked with medical aspirants are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities -Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective students and parents, providing detailed information on the Doctors Pathway Program. -Manage end-to-end student counselling, from inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring high-quality engagement and conversion. -Deliver personalized consultations to address academic aspirations, financial considerations, and career outcomes related to U.S. medical education. -Consistently meet or exceed assigned enrollment and revenue targets. -Maintain accurate documentation of all student interactions and status updates using CRM tools. -Collaborate closely with internal marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure seamless candidate experience. -Represent Miles Education at educational fairs, webinars, and virtual/in-person events as required. Qualifications & Skills -Bachelors or master’s degree in any discipline; preference for backgrounds in education, healthcare, or international relations. -Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling, international admissions, or study abroad consulting. -Strong understanding of the U.S. medical education system and international student aspirations. -Experience in the NEET segment or handling pre-medical student queries will be a significant advantage. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present with clarity and confidence. -Proven ability to convert high-intent leads through a consultative and ethical approach. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. -Proficiency with CRM platforms and virtual communication tools.
