The role As Senior Catalogue Manager, you will be responsiblefor managing the end-to-end life cycle of publishing and managing onlinecontent on the companys Content Management System (CMS). You will ensure thatthe content is accurate, relevant, engaging, and optimised for SEO. You willalso establish and maintain content publishing processes and standards andoversee the testing and quality assurance of the content. You will work closelywith the content creators, editors, and developers to deliver high-qualitycontent that meets the needs and expectations of the customers and thebusiness. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where youwill have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of Alike. Keyresponsibilities Manage the content publishing workflow, from contentcreation, editing, approval, publishing, maintenance, and deprecation. Ensure that the content is consistent, error-free, andaligned with the companys brand voice, tone, and style guidelines. Use the CMSs drag and drop editor to create and editonline content, such as landing pages, banners, blogs, newsletters, and otherweb content. Monitor and analyse the performance and impact of thecontent, using web analytics tools and feedback mechanisms. Optimise the content for SEO, using best practices andtools such as keyword research, meta tags, and link building. Manage the multilingual content operations, ensuringthat the content is translated, localised, and updated for different marketsand languages. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments inonline content, CMS, and SEO, and implement best practices and innovations. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications,Journalism, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in online contentmanagement, preferably in the travel industry. Proficient in using CMS platforms, such as Magento, orAdobe Experience Manager. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in creating and optimising content for SEO,using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush. Customer-centric mindset, with the ability tounderstand and anticipate the needs and preferences of the target audience. Strong project management, communication, andcollaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams andstakeholders. Creative, proactive, and self-motivated, with theability to work independently and under pressure.
