Job Description · Candidates who have Lived/ Worked in Australia, New Zealand or Overseas are only eligible for this job. · Must be available Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST (winters) and 4:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST (Summers) . · Previous experience within an International phone based Customer service or Call Center environment will be looked upon favorably. Required a Senior Claims Consultant/ Customer Service Associate with the ability to work in an Internationally dynamic fast paced environment. The Associate has to Deal with Australian Customers and Insurance Companies; hence must have solid communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills. Developed PC and Customer service skills are also essential for success in this role. Responsibilities and Duties · Communication via phone and emails with Insurance Companies and Clients (current and potential) in Australia. · Other Ad hoc Administrative duties as required by the business. Required Qualifications and Skills · Lived/ Working experience in Overseas. · Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) · Basic Computer knowledge · Experience in a Call Centre/ Customer Service/ Recoveries/ Settlements · Minimum Qualification- Should be a Graduate. · IELTS Exam scores would be a plus. · Prior International BPO Experience would be an advantage.
