Job Title : Senior Cloud Advisor (Sales) Company : Katalyst Business Solutions Pvt Ltd Location : Navi Mumbai Shift Timings : US Shift Website : https://www.apps4rent.com/ About the Role : As a Senior Cloud Advisor, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales, and positioning Apps4Rents cloud solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. You will lead complex multi-cloud projects, working closely with internal technical teams, sales team and support team to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities : Account Management & Sales Leadership : Develop and manage account plans, set goals, create timelines, and drive the sales process for assigned clients. Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and the closure of contracts. Client Engagement & Solution Development : Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and recommend the best cloud solutions. Provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges. Collaboration & Problem Resolution : Work cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to the development of organizational priorities and business strategies. Customer Success : Ensure clients have an outstanding experience, turning them into long-term advocates and drivers of future business. Customer Retention: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, focusing on their evolving needs to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term retention. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Achieve sales and pipeline goals. Maintain accurate deal documentation and provide leadership with clear updates. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to client advocacy. Maintain professional relationships with Customers and retain them. Skills & Abilities : Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences. Negotiation : Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers. Relationship Building : Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Problem Solving : Creative and strategic thinker who can provide innovative solutions to client challenges. Experience & Qualifications : B2B Sales Experience : Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the Managed or Cloud Hosting industry. Industry Knowledge : Understanding of cloud solutions and multi-cloud environments. Business Acumen : Experience working with senior executives and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
