Strong understanding of the US pharmaceutical domain and familiarity with key US data sources related to sales performance, field execution, and patient level data. Proficient in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and senior stakeholders. A strong bias towards client satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations. A relevant degree in a related field. Responsibility Conduct hands-on analytics to address complex business challenges. Work collaboratively with clients to define objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that inform decision-making processes. Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and key stakeholders.
