Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst Finance Solutions to drive innovation and efficiency in finance processes, specifically in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, translating them into technical solutions, and collaborating with development teams to implement them. Individuals with 4 to 9 years of experience with significant exposure to Financials and Enterprise Systems. Key Responsibilities: Finance Process Expertise: Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and experience in designing and implementing solutions around them. Problem-Solving & Solution Design: Analyze complex business challenges and provide technical recommendations/solutions . Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and maintain documentation, including test cases . Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to plan and develop solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Technical Knowledge: Experience with integrations, APIs, chatbots, OCR is a plus. Audit & Compliance: Support audit requests for all projects delivered. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field . Proven experience in Finance Process Automation, ERP systems , or similar domains. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in agile methodologies and documentation tools .
