We're seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead research and consulting projects within our Life Science division. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in market analysis, strategic consulting, and team management, with a focus on delivering impactful insights across the LS space. Business/market/industry research across Healthcare (MD/BIO/Pharma)- Role & responsibilities: Consulting & Project Leadership - Manage end-to-end consulting engagements, from designing project frameworks to delivering strategic solutions. Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables with strong client alignment. Healthcare Market Insights - Build and apply market metrics and strategic models focused on high-growth healthcare segments, new technologies, and industry-wide trends. Research Excellence - Strengthen research quality by applying domain expertise, best practices, and data analytics. Translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Lead client interactions, proposal development, and KOL interviews. Shape project direction through strong communication and advisory support. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis - Monitor key healthcare sectors and synthesize data into meaningful trends. Resolve complex analytical challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Business & Team Enablement - Support pre-sales activities, articulate research value, and contribute to revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while managing multiple projects efficiently. Candidate profile Must have: Experience & Domain Expertise - 6-8 years in research and consulting, with proven success in delivering high-impact insights across syndicated and custom projects, specifically in the healthcare sector. Project Leadership & Management - Strong experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in planning and executing both standard and tailored research engagements with a focus on timely, quality-driven outcomes. Research & Analytical Strength - Expertise in market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and strategic advisory. Adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights using analytical and problem-solving skills. Client & Communication Skills - Confident in client-facing roles, with strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Capable of shaping proposals, delivering findings, and aligning deliverables to client expectations. Tools & Collaboration - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for high-quality outputs.
