Job Description SUGAR CRM SME JD Looking for the enthusiastic Senior SUGAR CRM Consultant. You will be working as SUGAR CRM SME in the project and would be working closely with the Development and QA Engineers to build a strong integration product for SUGAR CRM with other data sources. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise clients in line with SUGAR CRM best practices. Responsibilities SUGAR CRM implementation, configuration, data creation & migration, Creating the test data for SUGAR CRM covering the functional testing, performance. Writing business use-cases for the SUGAR CRM and its integration with 3rd party applications or data sources Good understanding of SUGAR CRM Connect and integration with other applications. Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders, Design and/or build integrations between SUGAR CRM and 3rd party applications or data sources, Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of SUGAR CRM through client demos etc. Required Qualifications And Background At least 4 years’ experience working hands-on in SUGAR CRM implementations, ideally involving integrations with other platforms. Certified SUGAR CRM Consultant Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Extensive functional knowledge of SUGAR CRM Understanding how to build a custom preference centre. Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations. Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be a good team player.
