Preferred candidate profile Zen Technologies is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling and skilled in creating impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in amplifying Zen's brand identity through engaging social media content, long-form articles, and strategic communication initiatives that showcase our industry expertise and thought leadership. Role & responsibilities Social Media Content: Craft compelling, platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to boost brand awareness and audience engagement. In-Depth Content Creation: Write high-quality blogs, case studies, brochures, whitepapers, and research articles highlighting Zen Technologies' innovation, products, and leadership in the industry. Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute content strategies aligned with Zen's marketing objectives. SEO-Driven Content: Optimize all content for search engines to improve visibility and organic reach. Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry trends. Brand Voice Consistency: Maintain a cohesive tone of voice and ensure all content reflects Zen Technologies' values and mission. Collaborative Execution: Partner with design, product, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns. Editing & Quality Control: Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Analytics & Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies based on data insights. Project Management: Handle multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and business writing standards. Proven ability to create both short-form and long-form content tailored for digital and print platforms. Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization tools. Deep familiarity with social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform algorithms. Strong research capabilities and attention to detail to produce factually accurate and well-informed content. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of aligning content with business goals. Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on internal and external corporate communications. Demonstrated success in developing content for technology, defense, or B2B industries (preferred). Education: Masters degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in content marketing, SEO, copywriting, or digital marketing are a plus.
