Roles and Responsibilities Provide career counseling to students, helping them identify their strengths, interests, and goals. Assist in admission processes by guiding students through application procedures and ensuring timely submission of documents. Develop strong relationships with clients (students) to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student queries and concerns related to education programs. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and follow-ups. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in business development, educational sales, or a similar field. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients over phone calls. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals. Proficiency in using technology-based tools for lead generation and management.
