Counsellor (Females only apply) As an academic counsellor, your primary responsibility is to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals by providing guidance, support, and resources. You will work closely with students to help them make informed decisions about their educational paths and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Providing personalized career guidance and to aid in individual career development. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the institute's curriculum and offerings. Streamlining the admission process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with both current and prospective students. Collaborating with the institute's operations team to address student inquiries effectively. Resolving student issues promptly and effectively. Engaging in cold calling and managing databases to generate leads. Successfully converting leads into admissions. Requirements: Graduate in any stream. Prior work experience in counselling or sales profile preferred. Good communication skills - written and verbal skills(Gujarati also preferred). Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Enthusiastic, self-driven and goal-oriented. Attention to details. Keen to learn new skills within the team.
