Job Description

We are hiring Senior Customer Care Representatives to drive new sales and manage customer accounts. The products range includes supplies to hotels and motels across the USA with essential daily supplies, including towels, linen, guest room amenities, electronics, small appliances, cleaning and janitorial supplies, and more. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by delivering excellent service and competitive pricing. This is a long-term opportunity for motivated sales professionals who can develop strong business relationships, maintain repeat business and generate new sales. Roles & Responsibilities:- Follow up with customers to reintroduce products, reinforce our companys value, and encourage them to use us as their primary hotel/motel supplier. Manage assigned hotels and motels in the USA. Responsible for follow up on existing customers and new leads assigned. Handle incoming inquiries, create quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer needs and suggesting the right product to the Customers. Research and stay up to date with products, services, and processes. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends. Accurately document customer interactions in CRM software or other databases. Preferred candidate profile:- 5+ years of experience in International calling (US market experience is preferred). Must have excellent English communication skills. Strong Inbound, Outbound calling, Negotiation, and Closing skills. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to achieve desired results. Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills. Proficiency in Gujarati is a plus.
