Sugarfit is expanding rapidly across different cities of India and we are looking for experienced Senior Data Analysts to join our team. Role: Senior Data Analys t Key Responsibilities: ● Work independently to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data efficiently (Non-negotiable) ● Develop and maintain Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and visualization. ● Use Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros) for quick ad-hoc analysis and reporting. ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in data, providing recommendations for process improvements. ● Strong understanding of product, business, marketing metricsPresent findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, facilitating data-driven decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: ● 4-5 years of experience in a data analytics role.Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries, optimization, indexing, joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.) ● Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar libraries).Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and automation. ● Experience working with large datasets, relational databases, and ETL processes.Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects end-to-end.Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence decision-making. ● Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
