Designation: Senior Data Operation Analyst Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post graduate with 2yr experience in Data Entry - Operations Location: Warje, Pune Work mode : Work From Home ( After 6 months from Joining) Experience: - 2+ years in Data Entry Operation Time zone : 6 PM to 3 AM IST ( Subject to change) Job Summary: The Data Operations Analyst will be responsible for the meticulous management and analysis of healthcare records. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the U.S. healthcare record data operations, including data entry and record management. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry for healthcare records into electronic systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Manage and maintain healthcare data records, ensuring they are updated, organized, and accessible as required. Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, providing insights to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integrity and operational requirements. Prepare periodic reports and documentation for management review related to data accuracy and operational performance. Conduct quality assurance checks on data entry processes to validate accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Assist in the development and improvement of data management processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency. Provide training and support to team members on data entry protocols and record management practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, information management, or a related discipline) preferred. 2-4 years of experience in U.S. healthcare record data operations, including data entry and record management. Proficient in data entry software and electronic health record (EHR) systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with international accounting regulations or multi-entity accounting is a plus.
