We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in advanced data science, machine learning, and AI. In this role, you will work on real-world data science use cases, leveraging predictive analytics, deep learning, and AI-driven automation to solve business challenges. You will also be involved in building AI tools where applicable, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions. What you'll do: Work on end-to-end data science use cases , from data exploration to model deployment and monitoring. Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunities and build intelligent solutions. Apply predictive analytics, NLP, and deep learning techniques where applicable. Design, develop, and optimize AI models for automation, anomaly detection, and decision-making. Ensure scalability and performance optimization of data science models in production. Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data science to drive innovation. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior data scientists in the team. What you'll bring: Bachelors with 10 + years of relevant experience OR Masters with 8 + years of relevant experience Experience in Analyzing the Complex Problems and translate it into data science algorithms Experience in machine learning, supervised and unsupervised: NLP, Classification, Data/Text Mining, Multi-modal supervised and unsupervised models, Neural Networks, Deep Learning Algorithms Experience in statistical learning: Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics, Web Analytics, Parametric and Non-parametric models, Regression, Time Series, Dynamic/Causal Model, Statistical Learning, Guided Decisions, Topic Modeling Experience with big data analytics : identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large volumes of data Hands-on Experience with AI & ML Frameworks - Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and other ML tools for building and deploying end to end model pipelines. Cloud & MLOps Knowledge - Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, or Azure) and familiarity with ML model deployment, CI/CD, and automation. Strong Data Handling Skills - Expertise in working with large datasets, SQL, data engineering principles, and real-time data processing. AI Tool Development & Innovation - Ability to design and build AI-powered solutions to automate processes and enhance decision-making. Collaboration & Communication - Experience working in cross-functional teams, mentoring junior data scientists, and articulating data-driven insights to stakeholders. Gen AI: Experience in generating embeddings, managing vector databases, setting up LLM gateways, and building AI agents using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Skilled in model selection, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and ensuring accuracy through monitoring and feedback. Lead role mentoring multiple Jr. Data Scientists on approach and results. Strong Experience in Python, PySpark Google Cloud platform ,Vertex AI, Kubeflow, model deployment Continuous Learning & Innovation - A passion for staying ahead of industry trends, exploring emerging AI technologies, and applying best practices in data science. Required Skills: 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and AI. Expertise in Python/R, SQL, and cloud-based ML platforms (GCP, Azure). Strong experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Hands-on experience in AI model development, NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning . Ability to work with large datasets, data pipelines, and feature engineering . Strong understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring best practices . Excellent problem-solving skills with a business-first approach . Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business value . Experience in Graph AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), and Generative AI . Knowledge of AutoML and AI/ML model interpretability techniques . Experience working with real-time streaming data and utilizing visualization tools such as Grafana. Minimum Qualifications... Minimum Qualifications:Option 1- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years experience in an analytics related field. Option 2- Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years experience in an analytics or related field.
