We are Hiring: Senior Designer for a Renowned Client in the Leather Goods Manufacturing Industry Position: Senior Designer Reports To : Head Of Design & Development Location: Kolkata Key Responsibilities: Design and Execution: Leading the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials. Team Leadership: Mentoring junior designers, providing feedback on their work, and fostering a collaborative environment. Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with business goals. Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Design Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest design software. Communication: Effectively communicating design ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Experience: 6+ years experience in similar functions with Industries Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects. Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated Extensive ability to lead and mentor junior designers. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
