With over 4 lakh SKUs and 15 stores across India, we’re focused on creating a strong digital presence and expanding into new markets through high-performance online marketing strategies. Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp and data-driven Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and SEO Marketing. The ideal candidate will help drive high-quality traffic, boost conversions on our Shopify store, and improve long-term organic visibility. This is a flexible role, open to full-time or part-time marketers who love growing e-commerce brands through performance-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Google Ads Marketing Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns. Optimize product feeds via Google Merchant Center. Improve campaign structure, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting. Monitor and improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA. Meta Ads Marketing (Facebook/Instagram) Run performance campaigns for catalogue sales, conversions, and remarketing. Set up and manage pixel events, lookalike audiences, and ad creatives. Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, visuals, and placement strategies. SEO Marketing Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices (titles, meta tags, internal links, etc.). Optimize Shopify store content for crawlability and search visibility. Create and manage SEO-focused content strategies (blogs, landing pages, product descriptions). Monitor and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic via tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs. E-Commerce & Shopify Growth Support CRO efforts on Shopify — landing page improvements, UX tweaks, funnel enhancements. Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to align marketing efforts. Analyze customer journey, behavior, and LTV to fine-tune acquisition and retention strategies. Analytics & Reporting Use GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics to track performance. Build reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans. Familiarity with Shopify and related marketing tools. Solid knowledge of keyword strategy, ad funnels, and SEO content optimization. Comfortable working independently and managing campaign budgets and timelines. Preferred (Nice to Have): Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications. Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-commerce brands. Working knowledge of content writing or blog management for SEO. Prior agency or D2C brand experience.
