Were looking for • Minimum of 20 years of global work experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in operating a remote shared services center and liaising with a global leadership team • Experience in leading a large and broad function with operational, customer-facing, and cloud- focused service delivery teams including overseeing a 24x7x365 operations center • Experience with managing technical personnel, in service delivery teams that span multiple shifts • Strong business acumen and strategic vision, consistently aligning the division objectives with the overarching goals of the organization • Excellent English communication, both written and verbal • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with India and global leaders • Excellent advocacy skills and effective collaboration on a global scale • Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences • Ability to interact efficiently and effectively with all audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors • Knowledge of Enterprise security policies and standards • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related discipline Nice to have • SAS Platform administration experience • Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies • Experience working in the US or with MNCs headquartered in the US • Experience in the data, analytics or AI market • ITIL certifications
