Hireteq is a certified WBE/WOSB/HUB company. Roles and Responsibilities: Must have 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment. Scheduling interviews and salary negotiations. Must have experience hiring for permanent and contract positions. Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc) and networking Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
