Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT requirements (Permanent & Contract) Source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipeline Maintain daily/weekly tracker reports on requirements Meet deadlines for closures with quality profiles Desired Candidate Profile: 3 to 6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri , LinkedIn Recruiter , etc. Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to handle multiple requirements independently Must be comfortable with Work from Office model Education: Graduation (Any Stream); MBA (HR) preferred Walk-in Drive Details: Date: 26th May 2025 to 29th May 2025 Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Venue: Plot No. 31, Tower-B, 3rd Floor, Selenium Building, 32 Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032
