Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage electrical systems for our Compressed Biogas (CBG) Project in Karnal and Sonipat, Haryana . In this role, you will oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of all electrical infrastructure, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Responsibilities : Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for the CBG project. Oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements and timelines. Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Prepare technical documentation such as electrical schematics, reports, and maintenance logs. Ensure proper procurement, installation, and inventory management of electrical components and equipment. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. Stay up-to-date with advancements in electrical engineering, particularly in renewable energy technologies, and implement best practices. Requirements : bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy, biogas, or industrial power systems. Strong expertise in electrical system design, installation, and troubleshooting. Proven leadership experience in managing electrical projects and teams. In-depth knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and risk management related to industrial electrical systems. Proficiency in electrical design software and familiarity with automation systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Willingness to travel and work at project sites as needed.
