Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Quality

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure quality standards are met at plant level by implementing ISO TS 16949:2009 requirements. Conduct regular audits at supplier end and plant to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Vendor performance evaluation / assessment / development and on-time delivery & quality check. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including procedures, work instructions, and records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall process efficiency. Provide training on quality control processes to production staff. Responsible for dealing with the complaint and serious non-conformance from customers, in order to find the root cause and implement adequate corrective action. Desired Candidate Profile Take the initiative to find out the gaps & implement the countermeasure in effective manner. Strong understanding of Plant Quality Management System (PQMS), Vendor Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, and Quality Control principles. 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the automobile industry (OEM or Tier 1).
