Job Title: Senior Engineer - CNC & VMC Experience: 5+ years Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai Job Responsibilities: Program & operate CNC and VMC Strong knowledge of nesting and material consumption for production optimization. Read and interpret engineering drawings and AutoCAD designs. Plan production and material usage to meet customer delivery deadlines. Manage manpower efficiently, handling 30-40 workers across multiple shifts. Prepare machine utilization and consumption reports using Excel. Work within an ERP environment , ensuring data accuracy and system adherence. Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC and VMC machines, coordinating with OEMs for service. Maintain tool frequency and manage dies for bending machines . Ensure spare part management for uninterrupted machine operation.
