Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Engineer located in Secunderābād. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, developing and implementing new processes, conducting research and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and staying updated with industry trends and advancements. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Engineering, Process Development, and Project Management skills Experience in Research, Troubleshooting, and Process Optimization Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Safety Compliance, and Regulatory Standards Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; a master's degree is preferred Show more Show less
