Job Description

Role & responsibilities Years hands on experience in handling electrical design calculations for Transformer sizing, Diesel generator sizing, Capacitor Bank sizing, HV & LV Cable sizing, Earthing sizing, Lighting Design with Dialux software, Lightning protection protection sizing as per IEC. Further, the person shall be able to provide input to Draftsman for Substation Layout, Cable Layout, Earthing Layout, Lighting layout, Lightning Protection Layout and Single line diagram of 33kV/11 kV & 415V system with relay protection. He should have clear knowledge of motor feeder like Direct on line starting, Star Delta starting, Softstarter starting, Variable frequency drives and its power and control schematics. He should have clear knowledge of vendor datasheet and drawings of Transformer, DG, 33/11 kV VCB panel, 415V Power Control Centre, Motor control centre, lighting and power distribution boards General arrangement, power schematic, Power Factor control Panel, Softstarter panels, Variable Frequency drive panels power and control schematics, 33/11 kV cable, 415V Cables vendor datasheet review and approve. Knowledge of various accessories of lighting installation, cable tray installation, Electrical Panel installation. Experience in Industrial projects preferably in water systems. Preparation of Bill of materials and proposal pricing will be considered added advantage. Note : Persons with HV experience above 33 kV, viz, 66 kV, 110 kV, 132 kV, 220 kV, 400 kV, 765 kV, etc. are not applicable to our business and hence do not apply.
