Should be expert in the CAD tool (CREO) Should be well versed in advance surface modeling (CLASS-A Surfacing) Should be able to carry out verify basic design calculations. Should be able to carry out analyze GDT and tolerance stack-ups. Should be able to work and handle individual projects efficiently. Should be knowledgeable about manufacturing processes preferably plastic, sheet metal, and various casting processes. Should be knowledgeable about design development for manufacturing processes. preferably plastic, sheet metal and various casting processes Should be knowledgeable about reverse engineering methods. Knowledge of Windchill PLM SAP are added advantage. Provide value added suggestions for design improvements and cost reductions, wherever required. Communicates well, possesses strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Should be a team player and have the ability to work cross-functional teams.
