Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Engineer Modernization Sales to drive sales for modernization projects. The role involves identifying business opportunities, providing technical sales solutions, and ensuring successful project execution to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote modernization solutions and achieve sales targets. Identify potential customers and engage with key decision-makers to understand their modernization needs. Conduct site assessments, technical evaluations, and feasibility studies to recommend suitable upgrades. Present technical proposals, quotations, and cost-benefit analyses to clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business prospects. Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of sales deals.
