Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer located in Vijayawada,AP. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for handling Production Printer, Troubleshooting, Installation and Maintaing High Customer Satisfaction . Daily tasks include system analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of digital imaging products. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, and continuously working to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in handling production printers both Mono and Color. Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of production Printing products. Excellent collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site and full-time in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the imaging or production print industry is must. Show more Show less
