Job Title: Senior Engineer Supply Chain Management Location: HYDERABAD Salary: Up to 8 LPA Notice Period: 30-45 Days Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer Supply Chain Management with expertise in electrical procurement , preferably within the solar industry . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes efficiently are essential. Key Responsibilities: Handle procurement of electrical materials, ensuring timely availability for projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers for quality and cost-effective procurement. Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company procurement policies. Oversee supply chain logistics, inventory management, and material planning. Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth operations and material availability. Maintain procurement records and generate reports for analysis and decision-making. Optimize procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Diploma/B.Tech in any stream (Electrical or Civil preferred). Experience: 3-5 years in electrical procurement (minimum 3 years in the solar industry preferred). Skills: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Communication: Proficient in English (good verbal and written communication required). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar industry procurement processes is a plus. Other: Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple procurement tasks.
