Senior Engineer - Production (Machining)

Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are Looking Domicile candidate in Gujarat. Should have graduated in B.Tech/BE having good exposure in Production (Machining)CNC machining industries. At least minimum 3 years of experience in heavy fabrication machining. Role & responsibilities Execute installation of CNC machining centres. Plan and execute machining production as per daily plan. Manpower planning & training for CNC machining centre. Drive Right First Time Quality production. Achieve 100% Delivery targets. Liaise with Quality, Manufacturing, maintenance to resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, Quality circles. Exposure to Lean manufacturing (5S , TPM ). Hands on experience of CNC machining, Tooling & programming Knowledge about basic concepts like work offset, height offset, cutting parameters calculation. Knowledge about trouble shooting of machining problems. Knowledge about fixturing and cutting tools and probe.
