Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for Industrial Gear Boxes, including generating leads, meeting with customers, and closing deals. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product knowledge. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in industrial gear box sales or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
