Job Description

Who Can Apply: You must have a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mechanical is preferred, but Electrical is okay too). You should have at least 5 years of experience working in a factory or plant, preferably in the pharma or manufacturing industry. You should be ready to work at our plant in Mohali (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), Punjab . What Youll Do: Take care of machines and equipment used in the medicine-making process. Make sure machines run smoothly, safely, and without problems. Fix any machine issues quickly so that production is not delayed. Follow all safety and cleanliness rules (GMP). Work with other teams like production, quality, and safety. Keep proper records of the work you do and any problems you solve. Help train or guide junior staff if needed. What Were Looking For: Good hands-on knowledge of machines or electrical systems. Able to solve problems and take quick action when needed. Basic knowledge of computers (Excel, Word). Can work well with others and communicate clearly. Good to Have (Not a Must): Experience working in pharma plants with HVAC, cleanrooms, or water systems.
