We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Application Platform UI team. Roles & Responsibilities: Engineering Execution: Lead a team of software engineers through hiring, mentoring, and hands-on career development. Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for the engineers in your team. Drive cultural and process improvements through engineering excellence, quality, and efficiency. Setting up high-performance engineering teams with a high bar on quality and speed of execution. Communicate strategy, plans, and status at all levels. Qualification : 6 - 12 years of work experience in Software Development 2 + years of experience managing teams. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Must-have: Experience leading and managing a team of software developers, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring. Experience managing employee performance and career growth Experience driving operational and engineering excellence improvements across teams. Experience and passion for shipping platform tooling.
