Job Description

Role & responsibilities End-to-end sales - lead generation, product pitching, client visits or online product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and completing the deal for GVRs database platform. Account Management - Managing existing accounts and handling renewals Conduct in-depth study to identify the requirements of the client, provided periodic review of services availed and recommended suitable offerings in different departments and branches of the client. Responsible to continually refine the sales process and ensure that the assigned team works effectively Would be responsible to represent company at national and international industry events Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated Provide strategic direction to the team members and train them as and when required Provide insights to management to improve process, increase sales traction and expanding customer base in new geographies Keep abreast of the trends in the sector and activities of competition in the sector through regular updates from field, external forums like summits/conferences and generally available public information Preferred candidate profile 2-4 years of experience in International Business Development (subscription/database platform selling experience would be an add on) Experience in strategic planning and change management Successful track record in team handling and team building
