Job Purpose Co-create, execute and monitor the sales strategy for the proprietary sales Identifying new accounts to participate on the companys platform and promote increased trading from these accounts through manual as well as Algo.Co-create, execute and monitor the sales strategy for the proprietary sales Identifying new accounts to participate on the companys platform and promote increased trading from these accounts through manual as well as Algo. Key Result Areas 1. Show back tested results and reports 2. Showcase the opportunity of trading in exchange 3. Entrepreneurial attitude ,creative problem solving skills and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading skills 4. To establish and enhance cash and carry opportunities and handhold them to initiate and evaluate algorithmic trading opportunities. 5. Promote revenue generation from existing members in the prop trading through schemes, campaigns, education and awareness 6. Identifying cross selling opportunities between prop sales and business development teams across members doing prop and client businesses. Skills Required Domain Knowledge of the broking Industry and derivative business Behavioral Skills required Able to take and resolve day to day issues Demonstrate the ability to take people with them
