Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities within primary market research practice. Conduct cold calls and run email campaigns to initiate conversations with the potential clients. Utilize LinkedIn and other search engines to engage and nurture leads. Scheduling capability presentation meetings both offline and online with the potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across the US, Europe, and APAC regions. Collaborate with the communications team to drive campaigns, create engaging content with the help of operations/delivery team. Manage and track sales activities by maintaining regular follow up calendar and pipeline management. Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposal with the help of managers. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration (BBA), Marketing. A Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus but not mandatory. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare market research and industry trends. Proven experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sales, and social media marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for tracking leads and sales activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Understanding of the US, European, and APAC healthcare markets.
