If you have 1 year of experience in handling customer queries via chat and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and provide clear and concise information. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all chat communications. Meet daily targets and KPIs related to chat response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless transition. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve process efficiency. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a chat process role. Graduation in any discipline Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in using chat software and related technologies. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
