We have an opportunity for a "Senior Executive - E-Commerce- AMAZON Account- International Business" at the Ahmedabad (Gujarat)Location. Bond: 3 years Shift Time: as per the US Job Responsibilities: Responsible for sales of products by strategizing business-aligned (Amazon) E-commerce plans. Responsible for achievement of sales targets through effective implementation of planned deliverables Identifying and testing new channels and opportunities for revenue growth. Well-versed in a procedural requirement for listing products on various e-commerce platforms. On-boarding various marketplaces and administering tie-ups with E-commerce platform companies Responsible for managing brand visibility on various E-commerce platforms. Responsible for managing the product content on various E-commerce platforms Responsible for operational requirements as per the defined SOP. Managing price portfolio, market competitiveness, and overall profitability Execution of promotions/advertising/campaigns on E-commerce platforms Periodical assessment of E-Commerce vendors based on sales data. Should be able to manage the multiproduct portfolio. Co-ordination with the internal team for delivery of Products & receiving of payment. Addressing customer complaints & grievances in a time-bound manner. Focus on brand building, increasing customer count & customer retention. Analysing sales & stock figures for future growth & profitability. Analysing customer feedback & competitors' trends in the E-commerce market. Managing the legal requirements as per the applicable state law. Ensuring that all standards of quality, health & safety are adhered. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in the sales/marketing field is preferred. Should have experience in handling the Amazon account for the brand. Should have at least 7+ years of experience in managing business-to-business, business-to-customers, and online sales of Consumer Goods.
