Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Selection Posting on Job requirement Naukri & LinkedIn Screening, Shortlisting & scheduling the interviews Maintaining the database of all the shortlisted candidates Sending Offer to the selected the candidates 2. Onboarding Process Get Joining forms filled up, collection of all documents as per checklist Induction & introduction of new joinee Email Id, Access card, ID Card arrangement Welcome Mail and wel-come kit for new joinee Issue of Contract of Employment & NDA 3. Employee Engagement Birthday celebration, event / festival celebration throughout the year, Rewards and recognitions, certification, Schedules preparation for events Distribution of Appreciation Letter, Year completion & employee of the month certificates on regular basis 4. Exit Process Releasing Exit formality forms, ensuring proper handover before Exit of an employee is done Ensuring Exit interview is conducted FNF of employee, Issue of Relieving & Experience Letter etc. Preferred candidate profile 1. Should be masters into HR with minimum 2+ years of prior experience. 2. Should have prior work expertise into HR domain. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication. 4. Should have expertise into HR related laws, compliances, employee management and grievances and HRMS. 5. If worked on Spine HR will have an additive advantage.
