Job Overview - The position incumbent will be responsible for managing HR Business Partnering for Sales and related functions. The individual will also be responsible for managing various short & long-term projects/responsibilities on Talent Management and Employee Engagement. The incumbent will be required to connect with stakeholders as necessary. Primary Duties and Responsibilities HR business partnering and employee life cycle management for sales & marketing teams, especially for Retail, C&I and OEM (With frequent remote employees connect) Engaging the HO and specifically the field sales roles through various employee engagement initiatives PAN India including periodic Field visits to build employee connect and to gain Business Acumen Managing Admin responsibilities of V-eHR of Learning, Performance, Succession SAP Success Factors modules, Pitstop Intranet, Libib (V-Maktabah), Policy Bytes and Qualtrics Employee Engagement Survey platform Ensuring strong implementation of Performance Management and Talent Development process with 100% adherence to timelines Conducting Monthly Engagement activities, Supporting Womens ERG, ABC Committee activities, National Conference, Family Day and other related activities etc. Managing HR Operations EPRs, POs, Vendor Management, HR4U connect program and Functional Compliances as per requirements 4+ years in HR with a focus on Sales HR business Partnering, Talent Management, Employee Engagement Experience of SAP Success Factors modules and other HR aspects of digitalization are desirable Certification in Psychometric assessment tools / data analytics is desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Evidence of having a passion for working with people and working beyond the confines of the job description. Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Interpersonal Sensitivity Skills Excellent verbal and non-verbal Communication Skills Analytical, conceptual, problem-solving Skills. Digital proficiency HR Systems, MS Office, Other Tools High Emotional Intelligence Maintaining confidentiality Event management
